FINE ART REFUNDS:
1. We must be notified within 48 hours of confirmed receipt of the item.
2. Returned items must come back in exactly the same condition they were in when shipped.
3. The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until we receive the item, you are liable for the costs.
4. The item must returned immediately.
5. There is no refund of shipping costs or credit/debit card fees. Fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
6. A 10% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any accepted return over $100.
7. Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of an accepted return in good condition.
8. There are no refunds on items lost or damaged in shipping. In that case, the purchaser will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
